Use Reports for operational and financial summaries and Taxes for sales-tax settings and tax-oriented records.
Reporting basics
- Booked revenue reflects booking totals.
- Collected revenue reflects payments recorded in Party Desk.
- Balances depend on accurate quoted prices, add-ons, deposits, and offline payments.
- Expenses and mileage are useful only when entered consistently.
Export the relevant period and reconcile it against your payment processor and bank records before providing figures to an accountant.
Important: Party Desk Pro business reports are not tax or accounting advice. The reporting screen may not store or calculate every tax value your jurisdiction requires.
