What to check each day

• Upcoming parties: confirm dates, times, locations, and booking status.
• Outstanding balances: open the payment workspace for bookings that still need collection.
• Contracts and waivers: follow up on documents that have not been signed.
• Operations: review staffing, equipment, and route readiness before dispatch.
